*All percents are based on the percent of the total dollar amount of all rental income. All new clients are charged a $150.00 Account Setup Fee*
Emergency Pricing- Any emergency calls received before 8:00am and after 5:00pm Mon-Fri will be billed at a rate of time and a half per that trade. Any emergency calls received on Saturday will be billed at time and a half and on Sunday double time.
